When Carl Jung embarked on an extended self-exploration, the result was "The Red Book," a large, illuminated volume he created between 1914 and 1930. However, only a handful of people had ever seen it. It has since been translated from the original German and is now it is available to scholars and the general public in both a large format version (40 cm. height) which includes facsimile reproduction of the handwritten German text and color illustrations, or the smaller "Reader's edition" (23 cm. height) which consists of the English translation and translator's notes.
